Next we walk back along the "Promenade des Gouverneurs" which runs between the National Battlefields Park and Dufferin Terrace. It seemed longer coming back than going out... but I love this walkway. I think more sidewalks should be made of wood, as some were in Victoria when I was a kid. It is so much nicer than concrete to walk on.

People actually jog up and down these stairs.
Now we're down to Dufferin Terrace again where the ferries are crossing the river. What a jolly walk that was.
